1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Zavo, creating an account, submitting a quote request, or receiving leads through the platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Platform Overview

Zavo is a connection platform. Homeowners can submit project details, and local service businesses can receive those leads. Zavo may help organize, route, or review requests, but it does not perform home services or construction work.

Zavo is not the contractor, subcontractor, employer, agent, or service provider for any project. Any agreement for work is between the homeowner and the business they choose.

3. User Responsibilities

Homeowners and businesses are responsible for the information they provide on Zavo. You agree to use the platform honestly, keep your account information current, and follow all applicable laws.

  • Do not submit false, misleading, or harmful information.
  • Do not impersonate another person or business.
  • Do not use the platform to spam, harass, or abuse others.
  • Do not try to access data or accounts you do not have permission to use.

4. Business Responsibilities

Businesses that use Zavo are responsible for their own operations, estimates, communications, permits, workers, scheduling, contracts, and job performance. If a business accepts a lead, it is responsible for handling that lead professionally and in compliance with the law.

  • Respond accurately about services, pricing, timing, and availability.
  • Keep business licenses, registrations, and insurance current where required.
  • Handle customer communication, job planning, and workmanship directly.
  • Follow local, state, and federal rules that apply to your work.

5. Licensing & Insurance Disclaimer

Zavo may review business information, but it does not guarantee that any business is licensed, insured, bonded, available, qualified, or otherwise suitable for a specific project. Zavo does not verify every credential in real time and does not promise that any business meets your exact requirements.

Homeowners should independently verify licensing, insurance, references, and any other important details before hiring. Businesses are solely responsible for keeping their own licensing and insurance requirements up to date.

6. Quote Requests & Lead Matching

When you submit a quote request, you authorize Zavo to share that request with businesses that may be a fit. Zavo may use project details, location, service category, budget, timing, and other information to match leads.

Zavo does not guarantee that any business will respond, bid, accept the work, or be the best fit. It also does not guarantee pricing, availability, or that any lead will result in a contract.

7. No Guarantees or Warranties

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Zavo disclaims warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Zavo does not guarantee work quality, workmanship, results, timelines, pricing, communication, project outcomes, or that any user will have a positive experience with another user.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zavo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, delays, missed opportunities, injuries, property damage, poor workmanship, cancellations, disputes, or conduct by users or third parties.

Any use of a business, contractor, or service provider you find through Zavo is at your own discretion and risk. Zavo is not responsible for disputes between users or for how work is performed once a lead leaves the platform.

9. Account Suspension or Removal

Zavo may suspend, limit, review, or remove any user, business, listing, lead, or account at any time if we believe it is necessary for safety, quality, legal compliance, fraud prevention, platform integrity, or any other business reason we consider important.

We may do this with or without notice, and we are not required to keep any account or listing active.

10. Privacy & Information Usage

Zavo uses the information you provide to operate the platform, match leads, improve the service, support users, and communicate about requests and accounts. This may include sharing relevant request details with matching businesses.

We may also use data for analytics, troubleshooting, fraud prevention, security, and service improvements. For more detail, users should review the separate Privacy Policy if one is published.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a dispute must be brought in court, the parties agree to the extent permitted by law that it will be handled in Georgia.

12. Updates to Terms

Zavo may update these terms from time to time as the platform changes. When we do, we may post the updated version on this page and change the effective date below. Your continued use of Zavo after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Zavo is a matching and lead-generation platform, not a home service company. Customers are responsible for choosing who they hire, and businesses are responsible for the work they perform.
